Travel awards

The Student and Postdoctoral Fellows Travel Award was established to fund student and postdocs attendance at the CoCoTea Asia 2022 Conference. The travel awards are offered to students and postdocs who are in need of financial support so that they may attend the conference and experience this important educational and scientific networking event. The travel Awards of $1000 each will be given to a maximum of 5 awardees.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be full-time students and postdoctoral fellows enrolled in college or university programs. And applicants must submit an abstract that be accepted by our academic committee.

Preference will be given to:

Students and postdoctoral fellows are outsides of Mainland Azerbaijan, and with a strong interest in attending this conference without financial support. Those participating in the conference program (e.g. oral or poster session presenter).

Application Process:

An application letter, and a letter of support from the applicant's faculty advisor or department chair must be received in order to be considered for a Travel Award. The deadline for applications is midnight, April 15, 2022.

Awardees will be notified by Travel Award Committee in May.
